It is easy to help The Haunted Cottage!
In order to preserve the look and feel of a home over 180 years of age, we are always on the lookout for antique furniture and other items. This is a Civil War era home and we try to keep that decor as active as possible.
If you have a reenactor uniform, antique rifle, portraits, maps, books or even reproductions, your donation will be appreciated! Upon the acceptance of your donation, your name will be posted at the bottom of the page with any info you would like posted with it.
Not willing to make a “permanent” donation, but still want to help? Then you can leave your antiques here anyway! If you own an antique store or Civil War memorabilia store or just a bunch of stuff, you can display your items here (as long as they at least look circa 1830 – 1900). We will put a marker on the item or near it to tell people where they can purchase this item or similar items. Free advertising for you and a place to store your antiques/collectibles!
