When you reserve The Haunted Cottage for any amount of time, it is yours exclusively! You will not share the space with any other teams or organizations!
This “three hour tour” won’t leave you “cast-away”. Schedule for any time of the day. Ghosts just don’t come out at night you know. Use paranormal investigative equipment to explore the haunted tales of the Booth House.

BIRTHDAY/ANNIVERSARY/ETC. PARTIES
There is plenty of space for outdoor events! The Haunted Cottage has more than enough room for all but the largest gatherings!
Does your boyfriend/girlfriend/etc. like those ghost hunter shows on TV? Have their next Birthday at an actual haunted house! Tables and a cake will be provided as well as the “proper decor”.
Did we mention the cake is not an ordinary cake? A very special cake from West Virginia’s Katie’s Cakery! Each cake will be custom made to your party. These cakes are delicious and individual works of art! Anyone can have a square cake with your name on it, but how about one shaped liked a ghost, the Booth House or a gravestone?
Civil War themed events are also available. Civil War reenactors can be on hand to add that extra bit of authenticity. End the event with a bang when the guest of honor gets to shoot a real cannon!
